1 serving

1mashed banana (1/4 cup)
4 tbspflour
3 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspany unflavoured oil
1/4 tspvanilla essence
1/8 tspbaking soda
Tiny pinch of salt

Mix all the wet ingredients in a mug

Add to it all the dry ingredients

Bake it in microwave at 50% temperature for 2 minutes. (If your highest temp is 900 then microwave at half the temp that is 450 or 500 whichever is near)

Voila!!A super moist banana mug cake is ready to dig in.
