Ingredients

  • For spinach noodles
  • 4-5 strandschopped green garlic
  • 1pkt boiled noodles
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 1crushed green chilli
  • 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  • As per tasteSalt
  • For creamy panner
  • 100 gmsPaneer
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1 tspChopped garlic
  • 1/2 tspHerbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspFresh cream
  • Carrot schezwan sauce
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1small Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 bowlspinach
  • 1small Chopped onion
  • 2 tspschezwan chuttney
  • 1/4 cupGrated carrot
  • 1/2 tspSoya sauce
  • As per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil in pan. Fry onion, capsicum, green garlic, green chilli crushed. Add soya sauce and salt. Now add palak puree (blanched and pureed in mixie). Mix everything well and put boiled noddles and toss well. And your healthy delicious noddles are ready.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and finely chopped garlic. Add salt, herbs and fresh cream. Now fry paneer in the sauce from both the sides. Don't cook for a long time (paneer should be soft and white in colour also) And it's ready.

  3. 3

    Heat oil add chopped onion, tomato and schezwan chutney (I've used homemade). Saute well add salt adjust water. Now add grated carrot just mix a little and cook for a while. And the sauce is ready
