Garlic potatoes with finger fryums(bhungda bateka)

Boil the potatoes peel them and cut 1/2 potatoes and mash 1/2 potatoes.

Now take a pan heat up oil add crushed garlic cook for 1 min. add red chilli powder and salt to taste then add mashed potatoes and mix well then trasfer this mixture on to remaining potatoes and combine well.

Fry fingre fryums and eat with garlic potato.
