Ingredients

  • 1brinjal
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 tspchat masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

    Cut the brinjal into thin slices

  2. 2

    Prepare a slurry of gram flour,chat masala salt and sugar

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt and turmeric over the brinjal

  4. 4

    Now coat the brinjal with the slurry and deep fry
