First cut the mango into pieces add brown sugar and grind well. Now take a non stick pan and add the mixture and keep stirring.

Keep the flame in medium and keep stirring when the pulp leaves the side of the pan it’s ready.

Now grease a plate with ghee or oil and spread the mixture and keep in sun for two days.. cut into pieces and serve once dry.
