Ingredients

  • Mutton 1kilo
  • Cooking oil 3tbl spoon
  • Salt 1 tbl spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1/2tbl spoon
  • 1 tea spoonBlackpaper
  • 1Lemon
  • 2Tommatos
  • Ketchup 1 tbl spoon
  • Onion 2 medium
  • 1/2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Goldenish brown fry onion

  2. 2

    Add mutton fry it for 15 mins

  3. 3

    Now add all ingredients and fry

  4. 4

    Now add water and steam it

  5. 5

    Now aagain fry it until mutton get soften

  6. 6

    Now add lemon and green chilli and serve it
