200 gramcorn kernels
1 cupmilk
1 tspsalt
1 tspred pepper powder
1 tspchaat masala
1lemon juice
1green chilli
1 inchginger
2 tbspghee

Boil corns

Grind in mixer grinder adding 1/2cup water

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds

Add mashed corns. fry well adding salt and turmeric powder
5

Add red pepper powder,garam masala and chaat masala.

Add milk and fry for 2..3 minutes more

Add lemon juice and serve hot
