Steps

In a cooking pan, add 4 tsp of Oil and allow it to heat nicely.

Then add ½ tsp of Mustard Seeds (Rai), ¼ tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), ¼ tsp of Asafetida (Hing), 1 cup of Guava pieces (do not peel Guava just remove seeds and cut into small pieces) and sauté for 2 to 3 Min.

Now add ½ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, 1/3 tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), ¼ tsp of Coriander Powder, ½ tsp of Salt and mix well.

Then add ¼ cup of Jaggery, ½ cup of Water and give a nice mix.

Cover the lid and simmer on low flame for 7 to 8 Min.

Guava Sabzi is now ready to serve with Chapati and garnish with Coriander Leaves.
