Steps

Peel the potatoes, cut and deep fry it in a hot oil

Chop the onions, scotch bonnets, ginger and garlic

Cut all the veggies to your desirable shapes and cook it with water for some minutes (except cucumber)

Fry the chopped onions and scotch bonnets with little oil and add the seasoning. Add the veggies and mix them together.

Pour the fried chips into the mixed veggies
