Carambola sweet & tangy lounji
Steps

Wash and cut carambola and green chillies Remove the seeds of carambola

Heat up the pan and add oil

Add mustard and nigella seeds to splutter

Add garlic and roast for 2 mins then add turmeric,fenugreek, asafoetida and fennel powder and roast for 1 min

Add carambola and gr chillies and saute for 5 mins

Add salt and jaggery, cover and cook for 5 mins

Lounji is ready to enjoy.
