Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  3. 4-5green chillies
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1 tspjeera
  6. 1 tbspnginger garlic paste
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 cupgrated cabbage
  9. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  10. 1/2 cupgrated green bell pepper
  11. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  12. As neededWater (if needed)
  13. Gravy
  14. As neededOil
  15. 1 tbspnchopped fresh garlic
  16. 1/2 cupspring onions chopped
  17. 8-10curry leaves
  18. 3 tbspntomato ketchup
  19. 2 tbspnsoya sauce
  20. 2 tsphot sauce
  21. To TasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take maida and corn flour add jeera,green chilli,coriander powder ginger garlic paste,salt,grated cabbage,grated green bell pepper, grated carrot and chopped coriander leaves...mix well..if needed add water and make it lik a paste..

    Marinate the veg batter for half an hour,now with the help of spoon deep fry in shape of bhajiyas and keep it all aside

    Now take a pan add little oil,add fresh garlic and curry leaves saute, now add chopped spring onions to it mix it and add salt,tomato ketchup,hot sauce and soya sauce...add little water and make it lik gravy..

    Now add those fried manchurians to the gravy mix it well..and garnish it with some chopped spring onions...

    It's ready to serve👍🤩
