When I got home from work tonight, there was a sweet aroma of cookies.... 🍪. My daughter María had made these cookies, and they turned out delicious. I immediately asked her for the ingredients and how she made them.

When I got home from work tonight, there was a sweet aroma of cookies.... 🍪. My daughter María had made these cookies, and they turned out delicious. I immediately asked her for the ingredients and how she made them.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Using a spoon or a pastry spatula, mix the two types of sugar with the butter. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- 2
Sift the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon fine salt. Add them to the mixture and mix until you get a fully compact dough. Now add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- 3
Scoop out dough with a spoon and shape it into round balls. Place them on a tray until all the dough is used. Chill them in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 10 minutes (to prevent them from spreading too much in the oven).
- 4
After the chilling time, place about 12 balls (spaced apart) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them in a preheated oven for 18 minutes at 350°F. When the edges start to turn golden, it's time to take them out. In total, you should get about 20 cookies. Remove from the oven and let them cool.

I really enjoy the baked cookies from the frozen section. But they are getting boring, so I made a recipe to improve the blandness if the cookies. mundacooks -

I decided to make chocolate chip cookies once and used the first recipe Google threw at me. It turned out to be the best chocolate chip cookies I'd ever had. They are very soft and moist. I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! The recipe was removed from the app!Fortunately I had previously emailed the recipe to someone so now I'm re-posting this recipe for everyone to enjoy. Daniel Wagner -

On a cool, rainy day 🌧, I remember the smell of buttery cookies baking... I've tried making many types of cookies, but this is my son's favorite. However, I only make them occasionally because he's gaining weight a bit too quickly :))). Oh, this recipe is based on the original from Savouryday, but I've adjusted the sugar and chocolate chips to our taste. Loan NguyenTranslated from Cookpad Vietnam -

Every time we go to Subway, my husband insists on having their cookies. Today, while buying almond flour, I suddenly thought, since he loves them so much, why not make them myself? At least I'll know exactly what's in them.Tips:1. Make sure to whip the butter until it's creamy; this will make the cookies crisp.2. Adjust the baking time according to your preference (bake shorter for softer cookies, longer for crispier ones).3. Use semi-sweet chocolate chips or baking chocolate to prevent them from melting too much during baking.Thoughts:This recipe was adapted from a blog I found online, but I made some changes to reduce the butter and increase the flour because I didn't want them too greasy. If you don't like them too sweet, you can also omit the chocolate chips. It's a simple cookie baking recipe.LadyCatty
