Ingredients

  • 2potatoes
  • 1/2 kgCarrot
  • 1 cupgrean peas
  • 1 tbschopped ginger
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Put cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Put chopped chillies and ginger

  4. 4

    Put turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add cut vegetables and stir well

  6. 6

    Put salt and red chilli

  7. 7

    Stir and cover

  8. 8

    Simmer it till done

  9. 9

    Put garam masala and roast well

  10. 10

    Serve with chapati
