Add mince red chilli powder turmeric ginger garlic paste and salt in a pan. Cook mince till it is fully done. Now keep it aside till it cools down to room temperature. Now in a bowl add mince, all the remaining ing nd salt except tomato and mix well with ur hands until it is well combined. Add small pieces of tomatoes without seeds and mix. Now add kabab in oil and deep fry on medium flame so that it'll not taste raw from the centre. U can make size and shape of ur choice.
