Ingredients

  • 1 cupdosa batter
  • 1 tbspcoriander mint chutney
  • 1/2 cupcapsicum, onion, tomato, leanthwise cut
  • 2 tbspcarrot grated
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredPeri peri powder
  • 1 tspghee or oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dosa batter in it, add salt, and green chutney, mix it well

    Heat dosa tava on medium flame, add ladleful of batter on tava, spread it to a uttapam thickness, arrange all veggies on it, sprinkle peri peri powder on it

    Cook on medium flame on both sides, by adding ghee, till it is cooked well.
