Green chutney peri peri veg uttapum

Take a bowl add dosa batter in it, add salt, and green chutney, mix it well

Heat dosa tava on medium flame, add ladleful of batter on tava, spread it to a uttapam thickness, arrange all veggies on it, sprinkle peri peri powder on it

Cook on medium flame on both sides, by adding ghee, till it is cooked well.
