Marinate the mutton with mustard oil, salt, haldi, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and set aside for 30 mins.

Chop the potato in 2 pieces and fry in mustard oil with some haldi and salt.

Add oil in kadhai. Add the bay leaf and cinnamon stick. Fry for 1 min and then add the chopped Tomato and onion. Fry for 5 mins and then add the marinated mutton.

Cook the mutton till it starts releasing water and then add the potato. Add some water and cook in sim for 20 mins till u see the potato is cooked properly. Take the potato out.

Add the garam masala. Now cook the mutton for another 15 mins in high flame and make sure you keep stirring property or else it will stick to the kadhai. When it has soaked up all the water, turn off the stove.

Take a pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water and let it boil for 2 mins. Then add the mutton in pressure cooker and cook on low flame for 2 whistles. As soon as u hear the 2nd whistle, turn off the stove.

After 15 mins. Open the lid of cooker. Adjust the salt and add dhaniya. Serve with rice.
