Ingredients

  1. 3big sized potatoes
  2. 100 gmsbesan/gram flour
  3. 1 tbspgrated garlic
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. 1/2 tspcarom/Ajwain seeds
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as required Oil for frying
  11. as required Water

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and cut into thin round shape and keep them in water. Take a bowl and put all ingredients in it and mix it well and add water in it and again mix it well.

    Make a batter which is neither too thin nor too thick. Heat oil in the kadhai and dip the potatoes in the batter. Now put them in the kadhai.

    Fry them until they get light brown in colour. Take them out and turn off the gas.

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy them with chutney.
