Add chilled whipping cream in a large bowl whisk it on medium speed for 2 mins than swift cocoa powder and beat until well combine(1 min)

Add condensed milk and essence beat to well combine don't over beat now add chocolate chips and gently fold with spatula

Ppur the bettr in a mold level it and cover with butter paper than cover with plastic wrap to protect from water chunks

Freeze in freezer overnight or i hour than unwrap and scoop out
