Beef Biryani

Marinate beef with ginger garlic paste, all spices mentioned above.

Now heat oil add chopped onion and fry them until translucent, add whole spices too.

Now add marinated meat, chopped tomatoes, and cook for awhile and water to tender meat.

When meat tender add potatoes, and let them cook. Last add yougurt, brown onion and bhunify it well. Turn off flame.

Boil soaked rice with salt, tez patta, cloves. Boil (Ek kani) rice, now make layers, first some ghee at the bottom, now add rice, then gravy and again rice. Now Kewra water and orange food colour mixture,coriander leaves, green chili. Mix 3 tbsp milk with lemon juice and spread over rice. Now dum your biryani for about 15 to 20 mins.
