Doi Ilish, a classical Bengali Curd based Hilsa Curry.
Steps

Marinated the fish with salt and termeric powder for 10 min.

Heat oil in a pan add kalonji and some green chilli and satue.

Add yogurt and satue. Add fish and satue 3-4 min.

Then add muterad paste,khus khus paste and green chilli paste.

Add little bit of water for gravy and add salt and termeric.
- 6
Cover and cook it 3-4 min. serve with boiled rice.
