Ingredients

750GM's chicken pieces
Grind together:
1small onion
2-3small tomatoes
4-5green chillies
5-6 clovesgarlic
Small piece of ginger
3/4 cuppudina (mint) leaves
3/4 cupscoriander leaves
1/2 cupcurd
Other ingredients:
3-4cloves
2 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1 tbspoil for cooking

Clean and wash the chicken pieces and keep aside.

Grind together the ingredients for grinding in a grinder.

Heat oil in a pan add cloves, the grinded masala,the dry spices and chicken. Mix well. After it comes to boil lower the flame and cook stirring in between till it is done.

Add water if necessary. Lastly add cornflour mixed with little water to the gravy. Let it thicken a bit and off the flame.

Serve with Roti or Nan.
