A chopper add beef mince, salt, red chilli flakes, roasted cumin, roasted whole coriander, papaya powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric, oil and blend well.

Now in bowl add blended mixture, onion, garlic/ginger paste, green chilli, roasted chickpea powder, coriander, mix well and refrigerate for an hour.

Apply oil or water on hands, take a hand full of mixture. Make thin and slightly bigger shaped kebab from the actual size you want. (Kebab will shrink).

Then in a frying pan add oil and fry kabab till it become brown.Now it's ready to serve.
