Ingredients: 4 cups, Shredded white or purple cabbage or mixture of both; 1 red onion, thinly sliced; 1 carrot, peeled and grated; 4-8 tbsp mayonnaise; 1 tsp mustard; 2 tbsp cider vinegar or white wine vinegar; 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper; Pinch salt to taste; 2 spring onions, sliced

1/2 tspGround black pepper
Pinchsalt to taste
2spring onions, sliced

Steps

Place the vegetables in a bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and gently mix all together to coat the cabbage. Add more mayonnaise if a creamier texture is preferred.

Taste, add more salt and pepper if needed. Serve.
