  1. 250 gmIlish fish/Hilsa ilisha
  2. 2 tbspBlack and yellow mustared paste
  3. 1 tbspPoppy seeds/khus khus paste
  4. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  5. 4-5 tbspMutared oil
  6. 1/2 cupYogurt
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspKalonji

  1. 1

    Marinated the fish with salt and termeric powder for 10 min.

    Heat oil in a pan add kalonji and some green chilli and satue.

    Add yogurt and satue. Add fish and satue 3-4 min.

    Then add muterad paste,khus khus paste and green chilli paste.

    Add little bit of water for gravy and add salt and termeric.

    Cover and cook it 3-4 min. serve with boiled rice.
