Ingredients

  1. 450 gramschicken strips
  2. Grind below into coarse texture
  3. 1 cupoats
  4. 1 cuprice krispies cereal
  5. 1 tsppaprika
  6. 1 tsponion powder
  7. 2 tspItalian herbs
  8. 3garlic cloves, minced
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. 2eggs, lightly beaten
  12. Halfcup of plain flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Half cup of plain flour.
    Clean the chicken and wipe dry.
    Coat in the flour, then dip them in the eggs. Finally coat them with the oat mixture.

  2. 2

    Bake on 190c fan force for 20 mins, turning them once.
    Serve with salad of your choice
