Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsspinach, blanched and squeeze excess water
  2. 200 gramspaneer, cubed and shallow fry
  3. 1large tomato, diced
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 2garlic cloves, minced
  6. 2 tspginger, thinly sliced
  7. 2 tbspghee or veg oil
  8. 2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspchilli powder
  10. 1green chilli, chopped
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee or oil on a heavy saucepan. Once hot add in the shallow and fry till translucent. Add in the ginger and garlic and fry again till fragrant

  2. 2

    Add in the tomatoes, green chillies, garam masala, turmeric, and a little bit of water. Cook till oil separates

  3. 3

    Add in the spinach, paneer, salt and lemon juice. Stir gently to mix and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
