Ingredients

4 bruschetta
  • Bread
  • as neededFigs,
  • 8 slicessweet prosciutto
  • 7 ozrobiola cheese (about 200 grams)
  • Chives
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonshoney (about 20 grams)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the bread and toast it on a grill.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix the robiola cheese with chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Slice the figs, drizzle them with honey, and grill them on a hot grill for a few seconds. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Take a slice of bread, spread with the robiola mixture, add a slice of prosciutto, and top with a grilled fig.
