Prepare all ingredients

Tomatoes ko wash kar kay cut kar lay.

Malmal kay kapray ma garam masala, adrak or payaz daal kar putli bana lay.

Ak pan ma cut kia huway tomatoes, banai hui putli or sabut gol mirchay daal kar pakanay kay liye rakh daay low flame par jab tak tomatoes gaal na jaya.

Jab tomatoes gaal jaya tu pulti nikal lay or tomatoes ko blinder ma dal kar blind kar lay.

Tomatoes ko blind karnay kay baad chaan lay.

Blind kia huwa mixer ma sugar, namak or food colour daal kay dobarah pakanay kay liye rakh daay.

Jab mixer thick hu jaya tu flame off kar daay or is tarah hu jaya jasay plate ma hia.

Mixer ko thanda kar kay venigar add kar daay.

Dish out kar kay French fries, buger, kabab or roll kay sath serve kary.
