Dry roast vermicelli Sewai till golden brown in a karahi.

In a separate pan heat water and mix sugar in it and put crushed green cardamoms and heat the mixture till sugar dissolves in the water and remove the sugary water from the heat and keep aside.

Now in vermicelli karahi add 1 tb spoon desi ghee and stir fry till dark golden brown colour comes. Now add shredded dry fruits, coconut powder and raisins in this mixture and stir for a minute.

Now in this mixture add sugary water and stir the mixture till the water dissolves in Sewai completely and then remove from the heat.

Serve hot garnished with pistachio and with tea.
