Take a bowl. Add water, gramflour and curd and mix well. Add turmeric, ginger chilli paste and salt and mix well.There should be no lumps at all.The mixture should run completely smooth.

Let it cool.Now add some oil to the pan and cook the mixture while stirring continously.. The mixture should not get too thick.

Grease the back side of a plain plate.. And spread the mixture on it with the help of the bake side of the knife and the spread should be very thin. Let cool

For the tadka. Take some oil in the pan. Add mustard curry leaves and chopped green chillies.Now add grated coconut and pinch of salt..The coconut will absorb the moisture.

Sprinkle the tadka mixture on the spread.

Cut the spread in length and the width should be around 2 inches.. Now slowly roll the portions.

Serve with a tadka sprinkled on top and mint chutney..
