Boil 3/4 cups of water in a pan. When it comes to boil. Add sugar. Make the sugar syrup. Squeeze a lemon to avoid formation of sugar binds together.

And mix cornflour with water and make a thin consistency.

Pour the cornflour batter into sugar syrup. Keep stirring it continously to avoid forming lumps. Keep the flame in medium

Add 2 spoons of ghee and mix it well with the cornflour. Keep stirring it continuously.

Take 2 spoons of water and mix the colour into it. And transfer this mixture to the cornflour batter and give it a good mix.

Add 2 spoons of ghee and stir it. Add the desired dry fruits and dry roasted magaj.

Take 2 spoons of warm of water and mix the strands of kesar and pour this mixture into the halwa.

Stirr continously unless you get a rubbery texture from the halwa.

Take an air tight container. Place butter paper and grease it. Pour the halwa into it. Top it with dry fruits. Let it sit for 4 to 5 hours. Do not refrigerate it.

After 4 to 5 hours. Take it with the help of better paper and cut the halwa into desired shapes.
