400 gGreek yogurt
2Grated cucumber and squeeze out all the water
1. 5 garlic crushed
4 teaspoontataziki mixed herbs
2 tablespoonsfinely chopped mint leaves
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

Mix all ingredients together

Taste for salt lemon and taziki seasonings. Add more if needed.

Chill in fridge over night
4

Serve with drizzle of olive oil
