Steps

Gather all your ingredients. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees celcius and line your muffin baking tin.

To your mashed bananas in a mixing bowl add the eggs followed by the oil. Whisk the three together till well incorporated and set aside.

In another bowl, pour in your flour. Add the chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Mix them.

Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix your butter till it is JUST combined. Don’t overmix

Pour your butter to baking tin. Use the ice cream scoop or two tbsps per cup
- 6
Bake for 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.

Let your muffins cool and serve with a cup of tea/ coffee
