Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspOil
  2. 10Corns
  3. 1 tspCumin seeds
  4. 4-5green chillies
  5. 1 1/2 inchGinger
  6. as requiredcoriander leaves
  7. 2 tbspLemon juice
  8. 1 tbspSugar
  9. as requiredDesiccated coconut
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all clean the corns and grate it.

  2. 2

    Make ginger and green chilli paste.

  3. 3

    Add oil to the pan, let it heat, add cumin seeds, then add asafoetida to it, add ginger green chilli paste, let it cook for a while, then add the grated corn then let it cook well add salt.

  4. 4

    It takes time to cook, then after 10-15 minutes, check it if it does not get sticky in taste then it needs to cook more.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice and sugar cook for 5 mins turn gas off and it's ready.

  6. 6

    Sugar(optional)

  7. 7

    Garnish with coconut and coriander leaves.
