Take all the mentioned ingredients and make a dough (neither too soft nor too hard) out of it. use water as required.

Now for the the stuffing, take coconut powder,pressure cooked chane ki dal, sugar powder, elaichi powder and dry fruits. Take all this ingredients and fry them in ghee for 5 mins.

Now use the dough and while giving it a modak shape fill it with the made stuffing. now steam the modak for about 15 -20 mins in low flame.

The modak is now ready to ENJOY!
