Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsboneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. 2large eggs
  3. 1 cupdry breadcrumbs
  4. Seasonings: steakhouse seasoning, dried oregano, garlic salt, ground paprika, vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the chicken breasts into thin pieces. Season each piece with 1 teaspoon of each seasoning. Use only dry seasonings so the coating sticks and oil doesn’t splatter. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well.

    Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat with the dry breadcrumbs. Gently place each piece into a pan of hot oil. Fry until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.

    Serve on a plate with sliced cucumber and tomato. Enjoy with chili sauce.
