Shredd/Cut your spinach

Wash your spinach with salt to kill out various dirts and sand at least three times.Allow water to sieve out using small kitchen basket

Grind red chillies, onions

Pour red oil into your pot when hot, add the grinded vegetables, u can also add tomato paste if u wish..

Stir and fry for 2 mins till shallow fried, add your cooked beef, maagi cubes, salt, ajino moto, and spices and cook for 2-3mins and allow to simmer..

Add water 2cups and allow to boil.. Boiling, add your egusi of required quantity to cook for about 5mins, when slightly thick add your shredded spinach,cover the pot and allow to cook for 10mins

Egusi soup is ready when spinach and egusi blend in together and hot

For the tuwo add 3litres of water allow to boil

Wash and rinse the rice, and then pour into the boiling water and allow to cook for about 25mins Allow it to overcook so that it'll be easier to achieve a smooth consistency

Use a wooden spatula to stir till smooth and soft

Wrap in white nylon to give a delicate round form if desired

Serve hot and delicious
