Ingredients

  • 1 cupfine garri (plain or sour)
  • 1small onion
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Seasonings
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind onion, bonnet and set aside

  2. 2

    In a bowl add ur fine garri and sprinkle water to make it sensed then add in grinded onion and bonnet add seasonings and mix everything together mould garri fritters into desired shapes and then fry it on a low heat till it looks crispy

  3. 3

    Serve
