Heat a pan add oil to heat up, add cumin seeds and saute it, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli and saute few seconds.

Add boiled chickpea to it then add garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and saute the chickpea while mixing the spices well.

Add 1/2 cup water to the chickpea,you need to cook the chickpea till they turn a little tender, cover and cook it on low flame for 3 to 4 mins.

After 4 mins.check the chickpeas, if mashed they are cooked, turn off the flame, place it to cook and blend the spice s with the chickpea well. Once cool place the chickpea in a mixer jar and finely grind it. Put the mixture in a mixing bowl.

Grate the potato and paneer separately, add to the mixing bowl, then add salt to taste, finely chopped green coriander and dry mango powder, mix all the ingredients well, and prepare dough from it.

Lift the little dough, bind it in desired size, flatten it a bit, and give it a round shape, and coat the kabab in bread crumbs, prepare all kababs likewise.

Heat a nonstick pan, when sufficiently hot and add ghee in a pan.place the kabab to the fry in the pan.Fry the kabab in low to medium flame.

As the kabab from fried from beneath and turn golden brown, flip them. flip again and fry until golden brown to the other sides too, turn off the flame and take out the kabab in a plate.

Very soft and Mouthwatering veg Shami kabab are ready, you can serve with green chutney or sauce.
