Par boil d 2cups of rice and set aside

Wash d tomato,onion and pepper and blend.stir fry in oil

After frying d sauce pour in d rice and let it boil for some time. When d water is about finishing pour in d yam. Add d salt and seasoning to taste.

Peel 1/3 of yam tuber and cut into cubes. Set dat aside too
