First pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees and sift your flour, sugar, baking soda and salt into a large bowl.

Then cut your butter into cubes and add to the bowl.

Rub the butter and the dry ingredients together using your finger tips to form bread crumbs.

Gradually pour in the milk and mix until a dough is formed.

Dust some flour on your surface and roll out your dough, then cut multiple shapes out.

Bake for 15 minutes in a baking tray and cool on a cooling-rack for 1 hour.

Finally slice your scones in half and fill it with some jam and whipping cream and enjoy!
