Add the flour, sugar, powdered milk and b/powder in a bowl mix and set aside

Whisk the egg in a separate bowl and set aside

Then add the butter to the flour mix, mix it well with ur hands then add the eggs and continue mixing

Mould well until it all comes together, then leave it to rest for 5min
- 5
Roll out the dough flat to about 1/4 inch thick, slice through using a knife
- 6
Heat up oil in a pan until it’s hot, pour in the diced dough gently, after 1min gently stir until the colour begins to change
