    Parboil your rice and wash it grind your tomato pepper onion add to your pot and heat add veg oil and fry for few mint then add water and spices add your cinnamon salt and boiled meat allow to cook for sometime

    Then add your curry and your parboil rice allow to cook.then add your yam and allow to cook serve it with salad letus and soft drink enjoy
