Steps

Take a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well and knead a soft dough using little water.

Divide the dough into 3-equal portions and shape a cylindrical roll.

Steam the rollsin a steamer for 15-minutes till the knife comes out clean.

Slice the muthia pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai add musterdseeds and cumin seeds.

Seeds crackle add hing and saute for few seconds.

Add muthia pieces. mi well and cook for 2-minutes

Garnish with Coriander leaves.

Serve hot with green chutney.Enjoy

Tip:grating the karela, start grating without peeling and avoid the white portion and seeds inside.
