Steps

First place cuts on chicken and wash it.

In a bowl add Yogurt, Ginger garlic paste, (Green cardamom, Jaifel, Jawatri) Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Chilli flask, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Corianders crush, Garam masala, Food colour, Cooking oil.

Mix all the ingredient & then place chicken in mixture and marinate chicken for overnight or for at least 1 hour.

Put chicken in pot & add oil 3-4 tbsp. cover it to cook and Simmer it on low flame for 10 minutes. Then uncover the pot & cook till water dries.

Then in pan add oil and place chicken to cook & turn chicken up side down to roast from all side.
Masala Chicken roast is ready.
