Steps

Take mini potatoes and peel them, make little holes in potatoes with fruit spoon and fry them in oil with low flame and add salt in them. Once potatoes are fried keep them in a bowl and then press the potatoes one by one with the palm and then again fry on high flame until they become crunchy, Keep them in a bowl.

Put a pan and add some oil in it add some green chilli, all spices in it and then add mini potatoes in them.

Garnish with coriander and serve with pulao or roti.
