Ingredients

4-6 servings

2.2 lbsbeef
1onion
1red bell pepper
2tomatoes
2 tablespoonstomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoonssweet paprika
1/2 teaspoonhot paprika
Salt
Pepper
2bouillon cubes
4 1/4 cupswater (1 liter)

Dice the onion and bell pepper, and fry with the beef.

Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika, and mix. Add the bouillon cubes and 4 1/4 cups of water.

Cook in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Serve with pasta.
