Take a thick bottom pan and pour milk for boiling.

Keep stirring the milk occasionally.
once the milk comes to a boil, put the flame on low and keep it stirring occasionally. Let the milk reduce. - 3
After 5-10 minutes add chopped cashew, almonds and pistachios to the boiling milk and keep stirring.

Till then Soak saffron in 2 tbsp of hot milk
When milk is reduced to quarter add sugar and saffron mix. Stir well again and let the sugar dissolve completely

Boil for another 5 -10 minutes or till the milk thickens completely.
Now add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and mix well. - 6
Switch off the flame and take it out in the serving bowl.

Garnish with some more dry fruits
serve basundi chilled or hot
