Ingredients

Make 10 12 kebabs
  1. 1small Carrot
  2. 1small piece of Cabbage
  3. 1/2 cup of green peas
  4. 1/2 cup of beans
  5. 1boiled potato
  6. 2/ 3 tablespoon roasted Besan
  7. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  8. 1 teaspoonoil
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  11. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  12. Handfulcoriander leaves
  13. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all the vegetables into tiny pieces. U can chop them all in chopper too.

    Take one pan. Put one teaspoon oil. Add all chopped vegetables. And Saute for about 2 mins. Add Ginger garlic paste too.

    Now allow it to cool for some time.

    Now add roasted Besan, mashed potato and all masalas into it. Mix well.

    Now small portion and roll it on toothpick like kebabs by applying oil on fingers and palms. Make all the kebabs in a same way.

    Now take oil in pan. Heat it. And put it one by one and fry it on all the sides.

    Take out in a plate. And serve with your choice of chutney or sauce.
