Mix all the wet ingredient of the dough.Mix the flour with the salt.Add the wet ingredients to the flour and knead to form a soft but sticky dough.If the dough is too dry and a little bit of milk.Cover and let it rise until double in size.

Meanwhile make the cinammon filling.When doubled,roll it out in a rectangular shape and add the cinammon filling.Add some toasted almonds for some crunchiness.

Roll it into a tight log

Cut it in the centre like this and then twist it with the cut up side to be on top.

Gently lift it into a baking tray and let it rise again for about 20 minutes.Brush some melted butter on top and baking it in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 190 degrees celcius.Remove when golden on top.

Serve with some coffe or tea.
